All audio recordings and measurement data you create with SonicDNA Collector are:

Never uploaded to any server
Accessible only to you
Exportable via the Files app or Share Sheet

We do not collect any data. SonicDNA Collector:

Does not use crash reporting services
Does not track usage patterns
Does not collect device information

Your audio recordings or any content you create
Personal information (name, email, etc.)

Tracking and Advertising

We do not track you. SonicDNA Collector:

Does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA)
Does not share data with advertisers
Does not track you across other apps or websites
Does not require App Tracking Transparency permission

Microphone Access

SonicDNA Collector requires microphone access to record audio. This permission is:

Used solely for audio recording and measurement functionality
Only active when you explicitly start a recording or test tone
Controllable via iOS Settings at any time

Third-Party Services

SonicDNA Collector does not use any third-party services that collect data.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

Audio recordings (WAV files)
Measurement metadata (JSON files)
App settings

This data can be accessed via the Files app and is included in your device backups.

Data Deletion

You can delete your recordings at any time through the app’s Recordings tab. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data from your device.

Children’s Privacy

SonicDNA Collector does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
